1. Agreement

By using this site or hiring Muddy Waters Creative LLC, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide website design, hosting, telecommunications, data engineering, AI integration, privacy and security advisory, office automation, and marketing services. The specific scope of any engagement is governed by a separate written Service Agreement.

3. Intellectual property

Content created for clients under a paid engagement transfers to the client upon full payment. We retain rights to underlying frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies that exist independently of any engagement.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual Service Agreements. Late payments accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

7. Governing law
