Regional law firm — site rebuild and HIPAA-adjacent intake

The problem: 30+ attorney firm had a website built in 2018 that ranked well historically but had decayed: slow load times (5+ seconds), broken contact form, no mobile responsiveness, no analytics, and no secure way for clients to upload sensitive documents.

What we did: rebuilt the site on a custom WordPress theme, set up managed hosting with daily backups, configured a secure document upload portal with encryption-at-rest and audit logging, and rebuilt the intake forms with conditional logic that routed leads to the right practice group automatically.

The result: page load times down to under 1.5 seconds, organic search traffic up 34% in six months, and the intake conversion rate roughly doubled.

Healthcare practice — data integration and reporting

The problem: multi-location specialty practice with three different EHR systems across acquired clinics. No unified view of patient volume, payer mix, or staff productivity. Manually compiled monthly reports took two FTEs almost a week each cycle.

What we did: built nightly ETL jobs pulling de-identified operational data from each EHR into a single warehouse, with appropriate BAA agreements and audit logging. Built dashboards in a reporting tool the practice already owned, with role-based access so each manager saw only their own location’s data.

The result: monthly reports automated; staff freed up for actual analysis work. Identified $200K+ in annual revenue leakage from one location’s denied-claim workflow that had previously been invisible.
