Most agencies hide pricing. We don’t. Hiding pricing usually means it’s negotiable, inconsistent, or both. Here’s what we charge.

Hosting plans

Essential — $25 / month

For solo operators and very small businesses. Includes managed WordPress hosting, one domain, two business email accounts, SSL, daily backups, all updates handled, uptime monitoring, and email support.

Professional — $79 / month

For small businesses with a real online presence. Everything in Essential, plus 10 email accounts, a staging environment, monthly performance reviews, priority support, quarterly security audits, and one hour of consulting per month.

Concierge — $199 / month

For mid-sized businesses wanting a single technical contact. Everything in Professional, plus 25 email accounts, monthly content updates, 24/7 emergency response, monthly strategy calls, and annual security review.

Project pricing

• Marketing website (5–10 pages): $3,500–$7,500
• Custom website (10–25 pages): $8,000–$18,000
• Web application: $8,000–$40,000+ depending on scope
• SEO audit + remediation: $1,500–$4,000
• Marketing retainer (light): $1,200/month
• Marketing retainer (active): $2,800/month
• Technical advisory (hourly): $185/hour, no minimum
• Hour packs: 5 hours / $850 · 10 hours / $1,600

How billing works

Project work: billed in milestones — typically half on contract, half on launch. Larger projects use 25/50/25 or 33/33/33. No hourly billing on fixed-price projects, ever. If we underestimate scope, that’s our problem.

Hosting and managed services: billed monthly via ACH or card on file. Annual prepay gets you 10% off. No long-term contracts — cancel any time with 30 days notice.

Hourly consulting: tracked in 15-minute increments, billed end of month. Pre-paid blocks expire when used, not on a calendar.
