What’s included at $25/month

Our Essential plan, for solo operators and very small businesses:

• Managed WordPress hosting on infrastructure we monitor
• Domain registration and management (one .com or equivalent)
• Two business email accounts via Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• SSL certificate, configured and renewed automatically
• All WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates handled for you
• Nightly automated backups with 30-day retention
• Uptime monitoring with notifications
• SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records configured properly
• Email support — we respond personally, usually within four business hours
• Annual security review

For larger businesses we have Professional ($79/month) and Concierge ($199/month) plans with priority response, more email accounts, monthly performance reports, and content updates included.

What we don’t do

• We’re not the cheapest option. If you want $4/month hosting, you can buy that — but please don’t ask us to support it when it breaks.
• We don’t bundle “unlimited” anything. Our plans have specific quantities and predictable overage pricing.
• We don’t do unmanaged installs. If you’re not on a managed plan, we don’t have a relationship.
