What we sell

RingCentral for solo operators through mid-sized businesses. We’re an authorized partner. You’d pay roughly the same whether you went direct, but going through us means we handle the setup and you call us when something needs fixing.

For larger businesses (15+ users) we sometimes recommend 8×8 instead — the platform has more depth on call queues if you have actual call-center workflows.

What’s included

• Number selection or porting (we handle the LOA paperwork)
• Phone setup — desk phones, softphones, mobile apps, or a mix
• Call routing — auto-attendants, hunt groups, after-hours behavior
• E911 setup (regulatory requirement, easy to get wrong)
• Call recording configuration with appropriate disclosures
• Training — a 45-minute walkthrough plus written documentation

Pricing

RingCentral plans run $30–$45 per user per month. Hardware (desk phones) is $80–$200 per phone, one-time, optional.

• Setup fee: $400–$1,200 one-time
• Ongoing management: Optional. $50/month (1–5 lines), $150/month (6–25 lines)
